Seeing as I very often play the 3D tank game, BZFlag (I've even made maps for the game), I decided that I would have to try folding a tank. My first idea was to use boxpleating diagonally, which I've never done before. However, it turned out to only be partially boxpleated. However, I did end up with a good result. The model was designed with a bit of planning from a CP (the upper part, including the barrel) and just folding until it looked right (the treads and other lower parts). The CP is based on a 32:32 diagonal grid.
As you can see, the CP doesn't really look that much like a tank. However, with the right folding, it should give a good result.

Two Extra Arms
For a long time, I've wanted to fold a lesser demon, because of this picture.I only managed to make a CP today, mainly because I couldn't make the model with the head at the top of the paper (which I tried first). Eventually, I figure out that to make the model, I'd need the head from around the center. Thanks to that idea, I came up with this CP:
It does take quite a bit of shaping, but you should end up with something like in the picture. I hope to make another version, with fingers.

Pegasus
Once you can get a base with flaps for four feet, a head, a tail and two wings, you're bound to end up with a Pegasus.
For some reason, today I decided to try folding a blintz frog base with a graft. I guess the real reason was that I was just designing something. But with this strange base, I ended up with a whole bunch of flaps. It kind of seemed like my cat design, except that it had two extra flaps, which I turned into wings.
Here is the CP of the blintz frog base. The graft is from 16:16, but you don't really have to fold all that.
With all those flaps, it make quite an interesting base. However, with the right folds, it should end up as a flying horse:

Frog Man
Today, I was playing with a frog base when I can up with something. By folding the frog, and then continuing from there, I managed to come up with a new design. Because of the base used, and it's resemblance to a frog, I decided to name it "frog man". However, I have yet to actually meet a frog that stands on it's hind legs...
Anyhow, here is the CP
Look familiar? Thats because it's a frog base...
When you add a head, arms and legs, it should turn out somewhat like this:

Three Heads
Today, I was looking at Đào Cương Quyết's Cerberus (picture on here) and I remembered that I still needed to find things too fold for this month. Seeing as there isn't that much at a Cerberus, I decided that it might be fun to try to fold one. I came up with this CP, which goes to show how simple it can be, from a 24:24 grid.
Note the 22.5 degree angles.
The CP may not have turned out quite as good as I had planned, but it still ended up nice. I wanted to just focus on the mouth for each head, instead of putting a lot of detail in. It even seems to have turned out a bit comical...

'Il se Mange un Mur'
I was chatting with Aurele, Cecile and Gilles from the french forum, when we came to talking about the monthly challenge: breakfast. Then someone mentioned "manger un mur", which translates to eating a wall. I was a bit confused at first, but then someone explained that manger un mur can mean running into a wall. Soon I had an idea for how to fold such a thing, and eventually ended up with this semi-boxpleated CP:
The top right and bottom left corners can be cut off or folded over... I don't point those parts out in my other CPs
Anyway, if you manage to shape it correctly, the model should come out as a man running into a wall, alors 'il se mange un mur'.

What I Eat in the Morning
This month, the challenge on the french forum is to fold your breakfast. So it looks like I'm stuck with cereal and fruit, because thats all I usually eat for breakfast. For once, I actually ended up with something that wasn't boxpleating! Even if it didn't turn out very well, I'm still quite proud of it. The CP is based on a blintz base, but isn't quite.
The crimp folds are what shape it into a bowl. Fold the crimps after making the almost blintz base.
Also, with a bowl of cereal, I just had to fold a spoon to eat it with. That turner out to be quite easy to fold. sadly, it wasn't so easy to make a CP of, but heres what I came up with anyway:
And if you manage to fold everything right, here's what you might end up with:
